NATURE'S VOICE

It is not a pound-the-pulpit type of message.

It is the gentle whisper of a seed conquering death, breaking through to new life.

It is the breathtaking display of sky-scorched sunsets, with quiet shouts of majesty.

It is the subtle breeze in sun-streaked trees, colors painted by the cold.

It is the hush of snowfall on desolate places, a million intricacies laid bare.

Are you listening?

The voice of nature is crying out.

Not with words but with action.

Declaring

Demonstrating

The message of power and hope.

The message of love and redemption.

Are you listening?

The message is repeated over and over again.

In every day

In every season

In every life

The voice of nature is crying out,

“There is a God!”

Are you listening?

The message is demonstrated to us,

“While we were sinners, Christ died for us.”

Are you listening?

It is not a pound-the-pulpit type of message,

but Truth revealed to the seeking soul.

But the basic reality of God is plain enough. Open your eyes, and there it is! By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can’t see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being. So nobody has a good excuse. Romans 1:20 (MSG)

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 (NIV)
